Namecalling and Other Incendiary Argument Escalation

It's sad to have to enact this grade-school type policy, but the following will not be allowed. You may NOT escalate a discussion/argument with the use of name calling.

Some examples (but not limited to):

Idiot, douchebag, asshole, asslicker, dickhead, racist, fascist, teabagger. You get the idea. If you can't have a conversation without name-calling, then you need to re-think your ability to stay and interact here.

Same goes for anything similar that would raise a perfectly good discussion into a flameout. Obviously this will often be a judgement call, so get into these situations at your own risk.
