It's a ridiculous request even if you only limit it to football terms, unless it's a backhanded way of praying just to sneak into the playoffs at all.

I still don't know who your team is, but I'm sure the folks running it don't agree with you and want you to turn your little prayer faucet to "off" on the off chance that God Almighty gives a shit what you want. Because unless it's the Broncos, we either have a history of beating them in the playoffs on a regular basis, scared the living shit out of them this season once already, or both.
