None of the big names will go to Buffalo. They have become like the Raiders, and as long as Ralph Wilson owns the team they won't be able to get prime coaches.

Furthermore they can't just "hire" Shanahan or Cowher or any of those guys because it violates the Rooney rule if they don't interview a minority candidate. And any of those candidates will not want to interview knowing they are just being used as dupes to fullfill that requirement.
