Sounds a little late for a conversion project at 30 years old and in the final year of a contract. And 6'2" is way short for a BB OLB, no? I guess nothing personnel wise will surprise me, but meh.

I think he measures out at 6'freakyfast" and breaks the mold as has been discussed ad nauseum. He also wasn't a DE to OLB conversion project with 1 year left on his contract. But I'm not the personnel guy, so who knows what they may or may not see. With that said, I'm still surprised when is willing to do any deals with BB given the history.

Have you not been here the last couple of years? the raiders have been ding deals with the pats the last two drafts.

If the guy can stay healthy and will sign for a reasonable amount sounds like he'll be a good add. Hasn't had the kind of tackle numbers Vrabel had the last couple years though. Definitely would have to step up his game to replace him.
