Fat Tuesday Plans
Anybody doing anything special for Fat Tuesday?

Went out with a group last night down to a restaurant in Kentucky that specializes in Cajun food. All you can eat. Had me some jambalaya, some étouffée, and a whole mess of gator tail. Washed it all down with more than a few rounds of Dixie Blackened Voodoo.

I'm going to free spar a 2 minute round with my instructor. Should be interesting, couple of old fat slow white guys. Probably won't be able to walk afterwards.

MARDI GRAS CHICKEN

Two breasts of chicken deep-fried and topped with a Creole cream sauce, andouille sausage, tiger shrimp and red and yellow peppers. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable medley.
