Having longevity records doesn't get Favre into the best QB discussion for me, and I feel the same about Smith.

Sorry but I cannot compare the turnover machine to smith...no the same...you last that long as a running back getting 300 carries a year, that is beyond anything that favre did. As I said, Sanders and him are just different backs, but I like consistency, and Smith had that in spades. Give me 4 or 5 every run, not -3, -2 then 30.

Yeah this.

Back to my initial response to the OP, he seems like a super nice guy. Really a gentle giant when you are around him. Almost "touchy feely" with the hand shakes and the pats on the back. It is a little odd at first because he is such a huge man but soft spoken and very aware of his potentially imposing presence. The man has that largest hands you have ever seen.

Like I said, I was dumbstruck when I saw the piece on TV. I bet it goes on quite a lot and he spoke before he thought.

I hope he isn't ruined professionally for it.....
