With no disrespect to anybody in our armed forces how quickly would Isis be wiped off the face of the earth if Belichick was in charge? 10 minutes? 5 minutes 30 seconds?

An ex-soldier produced the shirt. He served in Afghanistan with a canine unit & he trains protection dogs now. He made the shirt to promote his business.

It's interesting that these type A super competitive ultra driven guys surrounded by world class athletes, trainers, nutritionists, excercise equipment etc aren't just shredded. What's really interesting is the link between physical fitness and cognitive function means that as good as Belichick is, he could potentially be even better if he'd get the diet in check and spend like 30-45 minutes a day swinging a kettlebell around or something.

In other words, if one off season Belichick shows up to training camp looking like a superhero we may as well cancel the season.

Muscle definition? No not really.

All I'm saying is one day one of the studies linking physical fitness, diet, and cognitive function is gonna show up on his desk and the next thing we know Belichick will be showing up in a muscle T hoodie just j-j-j-j-jacked.

Which will signal the end of the NFL

Let's start at the beginning, shall we?

Your Andrew Luck is physically more j-j-j-jacked than Brady. Means nothing.

So I'm curious beagle, are you interpreting my posts in this thread as attacks on Belichick?

No, but they were certainly inspired by him.

All I'm saying is Clark Kent possesses the same powers as Superman, despite his appearance.

Are you a charter member of the Ed Hochuli Fan Club, perchance?

Seems to me, he's on the treadmill all the time. just an impression. But at Bill 's and my age, the first thing is move. Walk. All you can.

It won't give him a six pack, but it will likely keep him healthy.

Don't speak ill of the gun show in my presence.

Seriously, he has historically been one of my favorite officials, but he has been kinda ****ing up lately at a higher than normal rate so I'm not sure what's going on there. Could just be he's a human being in a position where you have to make snap judgements on fairly complicated issues moving in real time.

There have been quite a few studies linking physical exertion to memory retention and there seems to be a link between that and fighting off Alzheimer's.

Also, resistance training, like weights or kettlebells, has shown to reduce the loss of bone density typically associated with aging. Kettle bells especially also do a really good job of strengthening your core which will significantly reduce most causes of back pain.

All I'm saying is one day Ernie Adams will stumble on to this and we'll see the whole coaching staff drinking kale shakes and tossing monster truck tires before meetings.

I have heard this. The trainer at my gym said that exercise that requires balance like free weights or any type of dancing is supposed to help fend off mental dementia.

I also learned recently that exercise is being encouraged to all women who are entering or are in menopause. Apparently it really helps with the balance of hormone loss and increases mental equilibrium.
