I saw Harry open a couple times last night running horizontal and vertical slants but Brady forced it into another WR who was more covered. That shit doesn't flush but that's what BB has done to this team this year.

If ANYONE can let us know why Josh Gordan is now playing his usual good self for Seahawks, I would love to know what transpired that root cause. He missed 1 or 2 games due to injury then put on waivers, sucked up by Seahawks, and helping them make his good catches contributing to team Ws. So if Seahawks win tonight, they will take over 1st place in NFC West with a head to head W against the 49ers.

I don't even want to get into the AB other ridiculous and totally unwarranted dismissal of that WR that also could be helping Brady and Pats teams out right now. Pats have a min of two very tough games of the remaining 4. If they loose 1 or 2 of the next 4 they will find themselves in the 1st round of the playoffs possible facing someone that already know how to beat them. I guess we'll find out with Chiefs coming in this week with all their D & O speedsters...…...
The funny thing is people always said Brady "Unlike Manning, won despite having no star receivers". Not sure how those same people are now saying "Brady is struggling because he has no one to throw to". Can't have it both ways....

I turned this shit show off at half time. Jr and I have both come to the conclusion that Brady may well be toast mentally at this point. If he is he is and he just needs to retire. A lot of you guys have the option of watching him play live every week, we don't. But, I can tell you that from what I saw a few weeks ago it just doesn't look like he has the mental acumen back there anymore.

Brady just isn't Brady the past few weeks. Can he turn it around? Sure. But first he has to look at his own crappy play.
Honestly, I would love to but I don't have time to go watch the all-22. I'm relying on what I can see during the game and advanced stats that say our WRs aren't separating.

My point about Collinsworth is that he is an idiot and even he can see that the WRs are not getting separation.

Is this the Brady we are all used to seeing? Nope. Still, he'd look a lot closer to that guy if the WRs could get open and if we didn't have the worst TEs in the league.

Brady 100% needs to retire. As much as the "falling off the cliff" talk has been beaten to death, he's close to it. He should have walked away after SB 53. He's going to head off to LA next year and look like late stage Peyton which will be tough to watch.

At least Tom has come out fighting today on the radio show for his wide receivers.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Tom Brady was asked about sideline emotion in his <a href="https://twitter.com/TheGregHillShow?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@TheGregHillShow</a> interview, and after noting that he would never freeze out a receiver, he shared his thoughts on how he views that emotion (and the offense’s current situation). <a href="https://t.co/KnboSNK530">pic.twitter.com/KnboSNK530</a></p>&mdash; Mike Reiss (@MikeReiss) <a href="https://twitter.com/MikeReiss/status/1201514889413562370?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">December 2, 2019</a></blockquote>

Quote:
“I would never think that way, [saying] ‘I’m done with him,'” Brady replied. “That’s crazy. I think that a quarterback’s responsibility is to try to lead and motivate, and we’re often the voice of a lot situations, because first we’re calling the plays in the huddle, and B, we have a lot of information from the coordinators and the coaches on what we’re trying to do. We’re trying to motivate people and get people to play their best.”

Brady defended his receivers, trying to give context especially for the performance of Harry, the Patriots’ 2019 first-round pick.

“Guys are trying. I got no problem with, I love playing with Phillip Dorsett,” said Brady. “I love playing with N’Keal. N’Keal’s working his tail off. And he hasn’t had a lot of opportunity out there, and he’s learning as he’s going. But to expect someone to go out in their third game of the year and be perfect, I think that’s unrealistic for anyone. I love what N’Keal’s bringing, we’re gaining confidence every week. I love what Jakobi [Meyers’s] doing, we’re gaining confidence every week. Gaining confidence with Mohamed [Sanu]. Julian and I, we’ve played together for a long time, and I think that shows itself pretty well. I think you see James and I, we’ve played together a long time.

“So that’s just part of our sport is dealing with new situations and trying to deal with them the best way you can,” Brady continued. “This team’s facing some unique ones in and of itself, and just like every team has. We’re not different than any [other] team, but at the same time, we’re in a decent position again. Now we have to go and try to beat a great football team at home in Kansas City.”

Looks like Brady's missed throw to Dorsett wasn't that bad of a throw.

That's a good find by Baldy, Dorsett was wide open but he didn't complete his route, had he finished it it was a for sure TD (barring he doesn't drop it). Boys need to get on the same page by game time on Sunday.
