Yes I hope they read this, and I hope it slows the numbers of assclowns registering from posting but someone hell bent on being a dink will flash his little unit no matter what.

If there is another scandal from another team, I won't be so quick to form an opinion, and certainly won't base it on what the media tells me.

It might be hard for you to justify the success of this Patriots team in your mind. It can't just be the GOAT coach and the GOAT QB. It is very easy for you to believe that the Patriots do anything and everything to gain an advantage, whether within the rules or not. But it is kind of a shame if you do feel this way, but this thread is not to convince you otherwise, because that would probably be futile.

You are not being original or funny to us if you come in here with "CHeatriots" or "Bellicheat" or using an asterisk. We have heard them all hundreds of times, and it is tiring. We have all pretty much had it with discussing this topic, and these kinds of comments are just viewed as trolling now.

You are free to believe that the Patriots are the dirtiest cheating cheaters in NFL history and have irrevocably harmed the "integrity" of the NFL. It is a shame if you feel this way, because in our opinion, it helps to hide what is truly harming the integrity of the league.

So please if you come here to talk with us, talk about the game. Talk about Xs and Os. Talk about how your team is more talented if you feel that way. You can try to talk about these other topics if you like, especially if you are truly interested in learning more, but most of us are pretty burnt out on the topic. I am not posting this to restrict what you are allowed to talk about, almost anything is fair game, I am just to try to give you a little insight into how we feel, and that if you persist in the lame cheating insults without bringing much else to the table, it probably won't go well for you here.

And finally, resident Pats fans, please remember to give new visitors some rope to get the feel of the place and to blend in. They either will or they will hang themselves.

Well said Undertaker. As a Phin's fan, I try to mainly focus on football and the x's and o's and try not to focus on player suspensions, court issues, and off-the-field issues. The past is the past, and while the Patriots may have taken some shortcuts, I think the bottom line is the Patriots would have won most of the games whether or not the footballs were deflated, or there was any videotaping/spying, etc., whatever you want to call it. You gotta give the Pats their props and just dues for winning four SB's under Brady and Bellichek. Most fans just want to see that every team and player is playing on an even playing field. Also, and the NFL, need to make sure that every player and team gets treated equally and fairly going forward.

I have been able to watch Patriot-Phin's game, and other AFCE matchups with opposing fans, and have only wanted to get up one time to smack someone around (A Jet's fan who was running his mouth after ever play for the entire game).

Hopefully the NFL will move forward and be about great matchups, and talk of suspensions and court cases will come to an end. Looking forward to Week 2 of the Phins playing the Patriots in Foxboro, September 18th. The outcome will be affected by Brady's absense, win or lose, but it is a 16 game season, and may the best team win the AFCE.

Von getting 30 this season? No way. That would be 7.5 more than the record almost 20 years ago. That would be some kind of crazy season. Brandon McManus has a better shot at kicking a 73 yrd FG this season. That said, under the right circumstances, Von could make a run at the record. His top is 18.5. Ray and Barrett are both injured, so not sure what that will do. Von is one of if not the best pass rusher in the game. But not 30 good.

IIRC, it was kinda like an own goal in Hockey. Favrah sacked himself while Strahan was in the neighborhood.
