I guy I worked with was in pretty much the same situation. He was driving another co-worker back to the hotel while at training, ran off the road into a ditch, couldn't get the seat belt off of his buddy, he drowned in 2 feet of water.

If the guy who died parents' hadn't embraced and forgave him, I don't think he could lived another day!!!

Classy move by his mother.

A really nice gesture by that family. There's a lot of people who simply can't grasp the concept of forgiveness, and the media never will.
I was listening to D and C driving to work this morning and those two were ranting about this family forgiving Brent, and just about coming right out and calling them idiots.
I changed the station.

That is wonderful of her...sorry, but he messed up, he knows that and he has to live with the fact that his friend died because of it, but I have dodged bullets before in my past, and I will never judge someone....that is unless you molest kids or hurt Dogs....then I will kill you myself. I am glad she can find peace after this tragic thing, it does nothing to hold up hate in your heart.
