Alex Smith was a 3x Pro-Bowl QB there. They think because they've got some hot shot young QB- who is already starting to cool off- that it's somehow different now? Fuck them.

The Queefs have won 4 playoff games since winning SB IV. There's no championship pedigree, no former greatness that's suddenly been reborn. They're basically the Knicks of the NFL. Any of their fans that are "feeling their oats" are total asswipes because there's nothing that supports that in either case. If they were coming out of an extended stretch where they hadn't made the playoffs in a decade or something like that it would be different...but that isn't the case. They're actually more pathetic than JETE fans.

I hear yah and agree where you are coming from.

I do not mind a little excitement around a team or a player and fans getting excited and talking about it. And perhaps too if they feel they have been near the promise land recently only to be held back by, in their view, Smith. Now they got "their man" who will not hold them back.

So a little excitement is okay.

However, at the same time, telling the world he is the second coming after 6 games, other guys are doing down, we are the bee knees, we are going to rule the world, blah blah blah, is way over the top, especially when the team has not had a strong pedigree in recent years and for that matter a long time.

Who knows Mahomes might be the real deal, but odds are these QBs will generally fall back to the pack down the road. If that does happen be interesting to see the sentiment in KC. And as you have said KC has been down this road before being 5-0 and then things turn south for them,

As we both know there have been many teams vying to be king of the hill every few years, but generally odds are we beat them and they fall back.

And we both agree that history will look back at the BB/Brady run and that it is really amazing given how that there are only a few that have a run longer than 4 years during the past two decades and we have had near 20 years.

The Gulf Coast is awesome if you're not dodging Hurricanes or Gators.

And I'm not talking about two of the more popular college teams down there (sorry, Seminoles et al).

When I was stationed in Biloxi, I spent one great weekend on Fort Walton Beach on a three-day pass.

It makes me sad to see what a wreck Hurricane Michael made of that place.

He does run a clinic, on Pittsburgh, in their house, just about every single time the Pats are there...

One thing that stands out to me is Brady. He gets BETTER every year. He looked so relaxed and in control that last drive.......stone cold killer.

One big difference: Ms Daniels was praying for it to be over, whereas Mr Brady is having the time of his life!

Ahem...

Getting back to football...
Zo and BB "Coffee with the Coach" is pretty good. BB always seems relaxed when Zo interviews him.
