Top 2018 Free Agents

http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/...z&ocid=U270DHP

Here is a list of the free agents coming up this year. First part is the top 25 ( in their opinion) but scroll down and it lists the FA's by position

In spite of the SB benching, they list Butler as #7 overall.

We have enough of our own players on the FA market to keep BB busy.

Scouring the 2nd and third tier FAs for value is what BB is known for.
No more chronically injured players though, please.

Maybe some of our own are not worth keeping on defense. Maybe the send and third tier is why we had trouble stopping anyone this year.

It's all in the economics and value of the player. It's easy to get better players; it's not so easy to make the cap work. Our LB position definitely needs upgrading with or without Hightower.

They should break their pattern of not paying RBs and pay Dion Lewis. He's worth it.

In the big games, he tends to disappear. Either because they don't use him enough, or, the opposing defenses compress him.

Yeah I know, I just miss having a defense that teams actually feared.

He is great, but its the deepest spot on the team right now, we have major issues at other places on defense. We just saw having a great offense does not matter if you cannot stop the other team.

Solder would be #1 priority.
There are a lot of FA QB's this year. All 3 of the Vikings QB's are FA's.

He'd be great to keep imo. Maybe Josh/BB/Caserio will think so as well.
Maybe they'll think Burkhead and White can do the job with someone picked up for depth. Gillislee is as good as gone.

TD Mike was a whiff...ugh.

Burkhead is good, but, delicate.

Are there any backs in the draft like Lewis?

Cut Gilleslee, sign DLew with the $, and replace with a late round / UDFA.

Don't be surprised if Gillislee sticks around for a little while. His contract was front-loaded to make it more difficult for the Bills to match, so he's got a relatively reasonable cap hit for 2018. With Lewis and Burkhead both potentially gone in FA, I would be a little surprised if they dumped Gillislee and left themselves with White as the only RB currently under contract for 2018.

Eh...he doesn't have enough bang in his buck.
