Hated to Give These Up
One of my students gave me the following today:
Two tickets to a VIP seating area for tonight's draft party. Two $20 food vouchers. The tickets include random player meet and greets in the suite with pictures and autographs, pictures with the Lombardi Trophy, various activities on the field (FG attempts, QB drills and some kiddie stuff) and free parking at the stadium. Unfortunately, the tickets were for the draft party at Met Life Stadium (aka Giants Stadium) I couldn't bring myself to make the 90 minute trek down there to be reminded of this last defeat. My 16 year old was pretty ticked. He's a Patriot fan but would have liked to have gone. Oh well. |
