Apparantly the doctor said the same thing as the PA. Didnt they both tell you to wait and see if it grew in size?

Had I seen the doctor I would have been scanned 4 weeks ago. He never saw it or felt of it, when he did today he put me in for a scan. Sorry but I do not like to go see the doctor and a PA tell me, I have no idea what it is, let me ask the doctor and call you back, then they do not call for a week. I do not want to go to the doctor 3 times for something that could have been taken care of the first visit.

For routine stuff sure. My main point was with Mid's history I think the doc should have seen him after the PA.

Good luck midgar!! My boyfriend went through a similar thing with a lymph node. His dad had Hodgkins and almost died. When he told his doc about it, he wanted him in for a biopsy ASAP. Your doc should have done the same IMO. Luckily his turned out to be nothing, just inflamed lymph nodes because he has psoriasis on his elbows, immune disorder thing.
