Quick and real fast is nice. Looks like a good KR prospect. He has unreal lateral movement. He'd probably have to bulk up a lot to earn work in the backfield though. He looks tiny on film.

That would be my primary concern, too. At 5'5" and 161 lbs, I'm not sure he wouldn't get murdered - I looked over his college stats briefly after the T v N game and he doesn't have a season with many carries. I think that would only become more of a problem in the NFL - having to limit his play time out of the backfield.

Holiday was a little Leon Washington out there, but if I recall correctly he was putting the ball on the ground a lot in practice, certainly something to watch.

Flemming runs for 69 yards in Texas win

West Texas A&M running back Keithon Flemming had 13 carries for 69 yards as Texas defeated the Nation, 36-17, at the 2010 Texas vs. the Nation All-Star Challenge at the Sun Bowl in El Paso. Flemming, playing for Texas, was the game's leading rusher. WT offensive lineman J'Marcus Webb was also on the Texas squad. The game featured players from D-I and D-II schools nationwide against a team of Texas-based players.

Karim did not get invited to this month’s NFL Scouting Combine, but he’ll have a Pro Day later to give scouts an up-close look at his ability.

He rushed for 1,694 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior at Southern Illinois, earning one of three finalist spots for the Walter Payton Award, given to the top player in Division I-AA.

He measured at 5-foot-8, 210 pounds this week at the Texas vs. The Nation practice (SIU listed him at 5-foot-11). But his speed and elusiveness will give him a chance to catch scouts’ eyes with the hope of being drafted or at least being brought into an NFL camp for the shot to earn a roster spot.
