I agree - and that's why this whole thing is taking as long as it has. They aren't just investigating deflated footballs. They are investigating the ridiculously incompetent sting operation manufactured by an individual with an agenda who is supposed to be fair and impartial.

Can't say I agree with this part. I think he let his hatred of all-things-Belichick get in the way of his position and he has it out for the Patriots big time. I think he saw this as his dream to (in his eyes) once and for all expose all the dirty cheating that Belichick engages in. So he set up the sting and conveniently forgot to tell his boss. Then it backfired. Turns out the Patriots were doing nothing wrong. The sting blew up in his face.

The Colts (and perhaps the Ravens) didn't exactly behave honorably, but they're not really expected to so I don't see anything they did as a big deal. It is the corrupt POS in the league office who should pay.
