Under normal circumstances this would last us until sometime in August). We will be doing more prep stocking in the future. I have 2 dogs that bark like psychos if a fly farts outside so nobody will be getting anywhere near my house without me being alerted. It really brings to me a new level of appreciation of the other members here to see so many are at least at some baseline level of self reliance.

Curious...what form or forms do you study for your martial arts?

Many moons ago, I was a student of Kuniba Ha Shito Ryu, and for two weeks a year my sensei was Shogo Kuniba.

I wish I had been able to stick with it, but I learned a lot in those formative years about the mental and spiritual training that I still carry with me to this day.

EDIT:

RIP Sensei....I wish I had appreciated you as much then as I do now.

“To study Karate-Do is to become like bamboo:

Empty—purity of heart, mind, spirit;

Flexible—able to bend when opposed, without breaking;

Strong—character forged with experience;

Rooted—solid foundation of technique and tradition;

Straight—clear purpose in growing, high ideals”
