Yep. I thought Roberts looked like a real find and it turned out that while he has played a lot of snaps in NJ-- he is pretty much a JAG.

Every year there are unknowns who look like HOF'ers in the spreadsheets and then.......crickets.

Moritz Boehringer was the german dude who ran a 4.4 at 6'4" and 229. Last I heard, the Vikings cut him because, while improving, he was just too raw to play in the NFL. He had too much to learn.

Who was the guy from Texas Tech (I think) that lit it up at his pro day and made all those mad, circus catches? Was it last year? The year before? I don't even remember his name now.

Based on the cap it appears like we are going to have to go shopping in the bargain basement because there is no choice. We can't buy anybody proven and I don't know how much wiggle room we can realistically create.
