Then he'll look at current personnel. Eli could be a bridge to a drafted QB or he could be gone with a FA signing such as a Kirk Cousins. Eli himself can't possibly be an enticing draw for McDaniels to go to the Giants. Gettleman will shop for the groceries because he's been doing it for almost 20 years and that's his job. He's worked hard for it. He won't let Josh make the draft picks. He'll listen to Josh respectfully but the decisions will be his and his alone. Gettleman has a strong personality.
