That's a nice article and a bit of a standing guide when discussing personnel issues. It identifies why the Pats wouldn't sign a quality guy like Lorenzo Neal to their roster because, regardless of his outstanding ability, his skill set doesn't give them the versitality they need at that position.

Football has developed into a game of situations and match-ups. Luckily for Pats fans, BB is one of the best at exploiting both.
