Not really, an occasional bike ride, but nothing major. Big thing is that I no longer eat a big lunch since I no longer work at my former p/t job that was a grocery store and had a good deli. I normally don't even eat any breakfeast. When I get back from New Orleans (hoping to drop some more pounds since we will be working outside in 90 degrees and 500% humidity) I plan to hit the pedals and paddles hard for the rest of summer and fall until it gets too cold to do things outside. Then I will join Anytime Fitness so I could stop by on my way home from work or in the morning before I go into work.

Oh forgot....the organization I volunteer with (Samaritans Purse) is leaving New Orleans real soon (like I am the last group of volunteers to be down there) and they are moving to Nashville. I plan on going at least once, if not two weeks next year. Plus only being four hours from there is a great plus.

Sitting with friends last night for dinner with a replay of the Pats Falcons scrimmage on. Two people at the table are coaches one in HS one in college and two of my best female friends. I don't WANT to talk about ANYTHING but football but feel I have to be polite and do so at times.

This is why I watch most Pats games alone while in Tucson. I SOO need to find people who truly have a passion for football and don't want to talk about anything else while a game or the season is on.

Our vending machine at work is full of Sun Drop. OMFG who drinks that crap? I told the guy that stocks the machine to go easy on the Sun Drop next time. I said "You must think we live in the south, gooosh!" *Napoleon Dynamite voice*

And my coworker was listening to a rap song called Wipe Me Down so I said "That's the nursing home anthem right thar!"

I'm ready to go home. :(

Watching "The Goonies" on ABC Family while eating chocolate chip cookies and drinking coffee, and surfing the web. Sometimes I don't mind my job that much.

I am bored, the next 20 posts with a funny and original picture will get some reps.

I know it is the process of getting old, but seeing my grandpa today compared to ten years ago, I hate it. Ten years he could walk fine, even mowed his own lawn, got out. Now when he walks he just shuffles his feet and falls a lot. I have to go up and help him (when I can) get into his car so he doesn't make my grandma fall when he does. I believe it all started about 15 years ago when my grandparents where hit by a drunk driver on thier was back down to Florida after being up here for Christmas. Before the wreck, he could do everything even though he was in his 70's. After, it was like he had aged to past his age. Tonight he had to go to the ER because his kidneys or bladder wasn't working right. Right now I am just waiting for him to come home so I can help him get into his house. Doesn't help that his home is multi levels (one story, but there is a two foot difference in the porch to house level and three feet from the front room to the dining room and bathroom). I don't think he will be able to stay at the home much longer. I am going to talk to my dad tomorrow about maybe building a ramp so there isn't much of a step into the house (there is a small step and then a bigger step).

I just hope if they have to move out, I hope I get a shot at buying their home since it is the only home they have ever had and only people who have ever lived in that home and I have many memories of the home.
